Cute and Fancy hotels in Bandung: Part 1

The first rule of traveling somewhere you've never been is to know where will you stay for the night. Staying at a hotel might be a popular decision for tourists because they got the facilities the hotel offered, and hotels are mostly luxurious compared to an inn or a guest house; That's why hotels are ideal for holidays, because you want to relax and enjoy everything the hotel has.

When I was in Bandung with my friends to get away from reality, we sleep in a simple, modernistic hotels that doesn't cost that much; but do worth the price. Actually we did a lot of discussion on where would we stay at, and in the end we just agree to stay at these 2 hotels.

Beehive Boutique Hotel

Room and services

For a Family room (fit for 4 person), the room is quite roomy. The beds are great and soft you wouldn't want to let go of it in the morning. the Ambiance is good and calm, also the bathroom is spacey. They offered amenities which give convenience to your holiday.

The only problem this hotel has is cleanliness, The window looks like it hasn't being cleaned since the last guest stay. Luckily it was on the outer side of the glass, which make it at least acceptable. the second one is the bathroom separator glass; It was as murky as the window, but at least we can wash it off. I'm not bad-mouthing this hotel, I really liked it! But maybe they need more attention to their cleaning service and maintenance and not to overlook these small details; That way everyone would be happy.

When I was here, the corridor was full of Decoration, furniture of that vintage style but modern enough. They was placed all over the place giving the more "alive" look to the hotel. They got no elevator, only a wooden plate covered stairway which gives more natural feelings to match the entire hotel flooring.

For those who gets tired of waiting, you can hang around the lobby and maybe do your work. The lobby is nice and clean, perfect to let yourself occupied. in the morning to the afternoon, the lobby is showered with gentle sunlight through the glass wall and warmth up a bit giving the sensation of outdoor space except you're 100% indoor. The receptionist is nice and fast; Also if you want to take a picture around the hotel, the hotel got many spots you can explore and their people will be more than happy to let you do that.

You can park your car in the parking lot, but there's not much space as the parking lot is a field in front of the hotel. You can still find beautiful sightings outside, especially at night when all the tree lanterns were lit. 

Diner

Commonly, hotels got their own restaurant, or diner; This hotel actually got that and also a patisserie. We got our breakfast in the morning and they taste so damn well, and with good plating presentation too.

They got 3 menus for hotel breakfast: Nasi goreng, English breakfast, and Nasi uduk. There might be another one, but I seriously forgot about what it was because we didn't order that one. The nasi goreng tasted standard but the presentation look really good, and that helps. The English breakfast is somewhat good, but it got the least content on the plate and that wouldn't make me full. The nasi uduk is superb and rich in taste, I recommend this one for breakfast as it will fulfill your early energy boost.

4. Calm and relaxing ambiance
5. Great services and nice peoples
6. Good food which brings good mood
7. Needs more attention regarding cleanliness.

Overall I loved this place and will someday come back again and hopefully they got this cleanliness issues solved.
