Cute and Fancy hotels in Bandung: Part 2

Who can resist a good looking hotel to stay the night? Well I can't, because I fancy those kind of things. A good hotel worth documenting is one of the greatest satisfaction for a traveler; well, except sometimes we preferred a budget hotel over a luxurious one to save more money. It was solely depends on what you're looking for; Is it the place you stay? or the place you visit? or maybe both?

When we were planning our trip to Bandung, we decided on 2 hotels to stay and we come to the conclusion that this particular hotel is great, not only because of it's price, but also the design, facility, and aesthetic.

Room and Services

Though the room is not so big (but apparently just enough), but it's so compact and cozy; I was really comfortable when I sleep on the hotel's soft bed and of course the cool air conditioner.

The hotel offers 2 types of bed, queen sized or twin bed and actually has more than one theme. We got the cute themed bedroom though some of my friends actually hoped for the vintage one. Nonetheless, we still pretty impressed with what we got at such price even-though the room is a bit cramped. Transparent bathroom glass wall was a catchy attribute with rolling blinds over the wall to keep privacy and the glass wall successfully make the room look bigger and less cramped.

Good feelings come from the decoration is stimulated by the decals on the wall and game of colors. Every single room has a unique decoration and coloring, even the bed is different for each theme. The one we got has a "MILK" decal on white brick wall which is so catchy and looks pretty awesome. 

The night lamp provided for this room is also cute and fashionable. The bulb is hanged from the bottom and surrounded by white perforated wooden box which adds the cute modernistic looks.

Even the room card key is cute with baby blue and soft pink colored center with white border, classic and effective. The card is made from sturdy plastic material with matte finishing, a brilliant touch for something you gave to the guest to bring it everywhere they go.

Diner

The first time I try the food at summerbird wasn't a breakfast set, but we try to have lunch here after moving from the previous hotel and before going to Farmhouse Susu Lembang. Tasting one food after another from the classic nasi goreng to pad thai and mie tek tek wannabe. All of them taste good; The pad thai is a bit sour, but I liked it though. Nasi goreng could never go wrong, it's a legendary dish after all; and the noodle is spicy but has it's own charm in taste too.

The morning after, we have our breakfast and I choose English breakfast to open the day; On top of that the English breakfast comes with a glass of milk and a cup of cereal, perfect! They got milk, tea, and coffee for your daily morning intake. No matter how I look at it, the dish looks pretty and arranged in such fashion that I could't resist to not take a picture of it.

Experiencing all of this is a truly amazing event which leaves a great impression on the place. Overall the hotel is quite cozy, not big but just enough space for you to move around and do some tasks. For me, I would definitely come back again.
